Don't bother with superglue as it is brittle and probably won't hold.

This means that the magnet in some cases cannot generate a strong enough attachment and then gravity will pull the hook down causing it to slide. It's impossible to tell before you buy if this may or may not happen as the vast majority of fridges have different thickness of metal in the frame. We have a lot of customers who are using them successfully on their fridge though. Answer:	We have not tested these outdoors. We use them to hang things on cruise ship walls. Sorry we don’t know if they are rust free but we think they could be used outdoors since they are heavy duty chrome.

Question:	Will this hold a pot lid in vertical position
Answer:	I just tried it with a 9 inch glass cover, with the magnet attached to the oven hood with the lid hanging over the stove and it held it with no problem. Next I attached it to the side of our textured refrigerator and it held it there as well. I bought these to hold cooking utensils to a Camp Chef griddle and they work fine for that as well. They have very good holding power.

Answer:	IDK. I’m using them on the sides of my refrigerator and oven and they work great!
