Remote Operation

Timing Lock
If the timer cannot enter other timing interface when it is in the timing running state, you need to press [Exit] first to exit the clock interface before entering the other timing interface.
Turn Off the Display of Timer

- Press "F4" to enter the stopwatch timing ,The time cannot be modified
- Press "OK" to start timing from "0 00:00" to 0.01 seconds and end at "99 59:00" (there will be a prompt tone at the end)

20 minutes Counting Down
Press F2 and then enter into the Countdown to 20 minutes (The timer can not be modified )and Press "OK" and then will count up from 20:00 to 00:00(There is a beep at the end)
Interval timer can be preset:
a)Press "Select" to display the number of rounds
b)Press "Select" again to display H1, H1 represents the athlete's exercise time, which can be modified from 0:01 to 99:59,
c) Press "Select" again to display H2, H2 represents the rest time, which can be modified from 0:01 to 99:59. After the modification, the timing program can be stored.
d)Press [OK] to start timing, with 2 beeps at the end of the exercise time and 1 beep at the end of the rest time

Before start, you have 10 seconds to prepare and it will beep every second. Like 3 2 1 GO. It will beep when change from work time to reset. Like 3 , 2, 1 GO. You can mute the noise if not need.

Answer: | Yes of course.Mine works well in duration of minutes and seconds.Some complain about the seconds function for there is no "second" button, but as i know we still are able to use the "Minutes & seconds" instead of only "Hour & Minutes".Here is the OPERATION: Press the SWITCH button --->Press and Hold the TIMING CYCLE button for 3 seconds,and the top set of numbers will flash (transformed to Minutes & Seconds Mode).Then the two parts of number (Hours & Minutes) represents (Minutes & Seconds).For Example, first Press the SWITCH button, then Press and hold the TIMING CYCLE button for 3 seconds, when the numbers flash, then Press the Hour button to adjust the number to 1,press the Minute button to adjust the number to 30.Other operation just the same.Job done.These are the steps for setting Minutes and Seconds cycling, hope it helps. |
