Answer:	I believe I just gently eased it off. Very low tech. There is quite a bit of play in this cover. In fact, this cover was resting on my medicine cabinet in such a way that the doors scraped on the light cover when opened. I put a strip of wood molding under the light cover to lift it off my cabinet. So that will tell you that it is has some slosh room. Start in a spot and go along the cover, gently bending it off the wall mount.

Answer:	My Lithonia fixture arrived with a broken lens because of insufficient packing. There was no replacement available, so I returned the fixture. I believe Home Depot has them. Otherwise search the internet. They are not cheap.

It is a beautiful fixture and priced nicely for a linear chandelier.

Answer:	Yes. I haven’t synced my 4 lights. One remote just works on them.

Answer:	yes... each light remembers what it was last set at in terms of color and time. You probably have to do it separately with the remote - eg plug one in, set it, unplug it, etc.
