Answer:	Yes, it does. Here are the operating systems that it is compatible with Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 & 10 (32bit/64bit) or Apple mac OS 10.10, 10.11 & 10.12.

Answer:	There is a digital version that comes with the actual disk, you download it through that. I had to do it as well, as it seems the newer laptops don't come with a disk drive anymore.
