Answer:	This is made to replace board pressing for powerlifting. Many will use 50 to 150 pounds more then their max in the bench. This item can handle over 500 with ease! It is made for serious lifters using serious weight. Your idea may work but this item will still be going strong ten years from now. If cost is an issue then don't waste your time this is not a necessity just a huge convenience if you won't to do limited range of motion. Rather then yoga block go step further and do Spoto Press .

Answer:	No... the width is not adjustable. My 7 ft bar fits perfectly, so I doubt a 5 ft bar will fit.

Generally, the stiff ones are designed for heavy lifting where you don't want much if any flexibility in your wrists. The stiff ones will provide the best support however you will lose some comfort and mobility as a trade-off. If you need some mobility and movement the less stiff will likely work best. The less stiff ones still provide great support (just not as much as the others) for lifting and are great for less aggressive exercise. My only disclaimer is if you are needing extra support for protecting or healing of an injury in which case you may need to consider sacrificing on the mobility to further protect your wrists in which case I'd suggest the stiff ones. Answer:	In brief these will definitely fit around your wrists. However, these are a bit longer than other wrist wraps thus they offer more support which is a good thing. But if you have small wrists you will find that these will be extremely bulky and thick since they are really long. Therefore it is really up to you, but in my opinion and personal experience I would recommend a smaller strap that is less than 18". Anything around 16", and 12" long should work well for you.

Question:	This product works with MY Q and the app correct
Answer:	I had 2 888lm units and they both failed after a few years of use. The real problem with these units is, as least that was my experience, when they fail (at different time) the units stopped working (both by pressing the button and thru the app) these units opened both my garage doors by itself leaving them opened with me knowing it. This is a major security breach! When the first unit failed about 18 months ago, Chamberlain denied my replacement request. When my second 888LM failed 3 weeks ago (again left my garage door open, luckily I installed camera in my garage since and felt uneasy with the 2nd failure and sure enough the garage was wide open late at night). Sounds like the 888LM circuit board is susceptible to catastrophic failures. I feel very uneasy in truxting the 889LM replacement that I just received for the 2nd unit.

Answer:	I have a four Chamberlain WD962KEV Whisper Drive Garage Door Opener with MyQ Technology and Battery Backup. I then bought two of your2 of LiftMaster 888LM Security+ 2.0 MyQ Wall Control Upgrades Previous Models 1998+Sold by: Open Door Discount Remotes which says in the Amazon description that these control openers from since 1998. When I attach them I get the slow flashes indicating they are NOT COMPATIBLE??? I know Chamberlain and Liftmaster is the same company. These appear to be the same as my Chamberlain Openers. What is going on?Please Advise.

Answer:	Some confusing, contradictory, and ridiculing answers here. I think everyone agrees that the motor/head unit "knows" the position of the door. The question was how that information is communicated to the 888LM button/controller over two wires that must supply power (12V) and two-way communication. I took oscilloscope pictures that show the 12V being interrupted every 250 mS (for 25 mS) to transmit pulses over the wires. One picture shows the pulses when the door is closed, another the pulses when the door is open. The controller needs to be able to send light on-off pulses to the head over the same two wires, which produces yet a different set of pulses.But the answer to the question is that the two wires between head and controller are actually a data bus where the state of the door (open, closed, traveling) and the controller requests/commands (open, close, light on-off, lockout) are communicated via unique pulse patterns. Microcontrollers in the head and controller decode these pulses and respond appropriately.

Directions:

1. Disconnect power to circuit by removing fuse or turn circuit breakers OFF before installing. Before wiring verify that power has been removed by testing with a circuit tester at the outlet box.

2. To replace existing device, remove wall plate and pull device from box. If new installation, skip to step 5.

3. Label wires connected to existing device.

4. Disconnect existing device.

5. Strip wires to length of 1/2” using gauge Located on device strap. Use 10 - 14AWG solid or stranded wire.

6. Install device per corresponding wiring Diagram.

7. Torque terminal screws to 12-14 inch-pounds.

8. Mount the device to the wall box.Attach wall plate, then restore power to circuit.

Q&A

Why failed to add device?

1. Please check whether devices is powered on;

2. Whether phone is connected via Wi-Fi;

3. Whether device is ready for configuration. To get the device ready before configuration, normally you can manually press on the device to get it ready. Please refer to “Product Instructions” or Device Reset Instructions for details. Notice each time to add device, reset Wi-Fi to get device ready for configuration and make sure router is working properly.

4. Check routers or related: If router is dual-bank router, select 2.4G network and add device. You also need to enable router`s broadcasting function. Set up wireless router: Set encryption method as WPA2-PSK and authorization type as AES, or set both as auto. Wireless mode can not be 11n only. Don`t use Chinese to name router Wi-Fi. To stay strong Wi-Fi signal, please keep device and router within certain distance. Whether connected devices have reached the maximum number of router`s connections. If so, please try by turning off the Wi-Fi connection of some device. Router`s wireless MAC filtering function is enabled. Remove the device from the filter list and make sure that router is not prohibiting device from connection.

5. Make sure the password entered in App is correct when adding new device.

How can I share my device with family?

Open App, go to “Profile”>”Device sharing”>”Shares Sent”. tap “Add Sharing”, then you can share the device with the added family members.

How can I manage the devices shared by others?

Open App, go to “Profile”>”Device sharing”>”Shares Received”, then you can find the deices shared by other users. It also allows to add remarks to users or delete certain shares by long pressing or swiping left.
