Answer:	Their website claims up to 32. However logically that seems counter productive. It's unlikely a typical single zone furnace would operate effectively with too many. I might use 2 -4.

We applied the four corners underneath, set it in place, and stepped on the rug corners which seems to "set" or "suction" the gripper ridges to the tile. No more sliding.

Answer:	2 main differences that I see:#1 the wattage is different. for the th106, you have 2000/4000 Watts for (120/240 volts) and the th104 only has 1750/3500 watts. it's not a big deal unless you have requirements on how many or how big of heaters you are controlling. For me, I have 1 medium and 2 small baseboards which totals to 2000 watts on 120 volts.#2 the programming is different. on the th106 you can specify temps for each day of the week-differently, whereas the 104's programming allows for weekend/weekday modes.

Looking at the product, I found no "off" position, only the basic dial control. According to the manufacturer data, single pole just means "2 wires," and double pole means "4 wires." Answer:	This will depend on your situation. If you are just trying to use it for turning on and off a heat source, then it should work just fine. Follow the instructions carefully. Even though you have 3 wires, I'm guessing one of the 3 is not being used. Follow the wire to the other end and see if all 3 wires are hooked up. If there are only 2 hooked up, those same 2 wires will be what you use at the stat. The stat is just like a light switch, just lower voltage. Power will come from your transformer, through the stat, then to the device control you want to turn on. If you have a unique situation and need more help, you can take some pictures and describe your application and send them to me at [email protected] and I will do my best to help you out.
