Answer:	There is no percentage of how much vinegar is in here but white distilled vinegar is the first ingredient on the list. Answer:	I believe it's a fairly neutral ph. You use just a small amount in a gallon of water (2-4 ounces) and mop your tile/stone. It cleans very nicely. It is a no-rinse kind of product. I have used it on my stone floors for years.
