Answer:	A little goes a long way, if the floor feels sticky then too much was used. Just a light squirt and a damp mop. you will not feel any residue it you do not use too much.

That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Answer:	No u don’t lower levels. This stuff really works been using it for 10 years and family members also use it after seeing results. I run it over night with 4 hrs of run time but be sure to have water level high to make sure any Calcium buildup will be saturated

Answer:	The Once n Done can be used to remove the yellow stains but it has to be applied straight from the container, not diluted with water. I use a spray bottle & spray One n Done on spots, leaving that area with the solution for a short period of time & then cleaning it with the Once n Done solution with water used on the rest of my floor.

Answer:	I believe it's a fairly neutral ph. You use just a small amount in a gallon of water (2-4 ounces) and mop your tile/stone. It cleans very nicely. It is a no-rinse kind of product. I have used it on my stone floors for years.
