Answer:	I had a breakout initially when I started taking this. I used Dr. Lin acne spot remover to take care of that. That dried out my skin, and got flaky, so I stared using Cardon Men's 2-in-1 face moisturizer (I've never used face moisturizer in my life), and that got better. I haven't had a breakout since then. I keep taking this every day and I think my skin and hair looks better now. I also still use the moisturizer, so maybe that contributes. I also can't get a haircut because of COVID-19, so maybe that all plays into it. Either way, I used to take another brand, and I feel better with this one. The initial breakout could have been ridding my body of some contaminants, so with zero medical knowledge, I recommend this product.

Answer:	I believe the 10,000 is more for people who have a biotin deficiency. If you don't have that issue then you should start with a lower mcg. Answer:	I have been using the 10000mcg for 2 months. I think it's your preference. Biotin can alter some labwork so if you have that done just make sure your doctor knows that you are taking it. Otherwise there is no harm in a larger dose. It will just work more. I have labs done all the time because of autoimmune disease and my doctor said the 10000mcg is fine to take every day. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Funny you should ask. The first bottle I bought, had Enormous capsules. The second bottle has much smaller capsules, about 1/2 the size. I looked in the list of ingredients in both bottles, and the original one included some calcium, which is not listed on the 2nd bottle. I'm much happier with the smaller capsules and no calcium.
