Answer:	The tape self adheres to the targeted surface very well but is not gooey sticky like regular tape. It stays put though and grips fine. I use it on the grips of my knives to have a non slip hold.

Answer:	The end of this grip will self-stick due to some adhesive tape connected to the grip you'll use to stick it to the replacement grip at the bottom of the racquet. Then there is finishing tape you'll use to adhere the grip to the top of the grip when you finish wrapping the handle. No need to glue or tie this overgrip.

I bought it because I had tennis elbow several times in the past and it is one of a number of head heavy, 11+ weight, flexible racquets recommended in a study done by "Guts & Glory > About Us  > Committed to Eliminating Tennis Elbow" on their website. If you are used to the more popular racquets in use today that are head light, then it may take a little getting used too but I have eliminated tennis elbow for myself by using these type of racquets. See the following from their website:While a lighter racquet may be easier to swing, they are generally not as healthy as heavier racquets. Each time a tennis ball strikes the string bed a collision occurs which creates energy and shock. Forces of physics are alive an running rampant. At the moment of impact/collision the energy has to go somewhere. In the past, heavier racquets have essentially served as shock absorbers, taking the brunt of the collision before the shock could be transmitted to the player's arm. With the advent of lighter weight racquets, the shock is no longer absorbed by the racquet, but rather transmitted directly to the player's body. Answer:	Depending what your USTA level is, how long do you play, how sweaty your palm is, and how tightly you hold the racket it's hard to predict. I am level 3.5, hit the ball fairly hard, play about 1-1.5 hour per week - the grip should last at least 12 weeks easily. I had mine for 5 weeks now and it still looks fairly new.

It is going to be tricky wrapping unless the handles are removed from the door. The black color will absorb more sunlight. At this price give it a try - it may work. Wrap it tight!

Look for the words "tacky" or "super tacky" in the Amazon description. There's a brand that's a very good super tacky overgrip, but I can't remember who makes it. Anyway, this particular overgrip by Gamma isn't tacky.

Answer:	I have not yet used these grips but I have replaced racket grips in the past and these appear to be used as the primary grip. In other words, remove the existing grip and replace with new. It ultimately comes down to how thick of a grip you prefer to have on the racket and how thick, and in what shape your existing grip is in I will be planning on removing my existing grips.
