Answer:	Yes if the mat is rolled.. don’t think it would work with a foldable sectioned mat.
Question:	I have a manduka mat that's thicker and longer than most normal mats. Anyone else try this with one of those
Answer:	I am not familiar with your mat, however, in my review I dealt with the dimension issue of mat length, thickness, and the length of the slap band. It should help you decide whether the band would fit your mat as there was plenty length left over for mine. My 5-star review is under profile name Cynema with the title SLAP BRACELET FOR YOGA MATS. Answer:	I would not cut this to make two bands. I think the strength of the band is in the width of it and my opinion is that would ruin the function of the band.

Answer:	Yes it is for me anyway, not too soft but comfortable - the entire shoe is comfortable for my plantar fast and heel pain and arch pain.....
