Answer:	Yes, it has a hole, but I'd put a jump ring between the drive and the key ring to put less stress on the plastic of this product. I don't know how brittle it is, but you'd not want the plastic to break and the drive to fall off.

Answer:	If I have a thunderbolt memory stick, can I get the 40 Gps a thunderbolt cable can handle? This tech is kind of odd. Both thunderbolt & the C connection seem to have been put on the market in anticipation of the components catching up. Hopefully ,it won't be long before phones, cameras, game consoles, and such will use the usb-c with thunderbolt capability. A usb-A port is too big for many small devices, like a phone. This and a high def screen were two things I insisted on when shopping for my present pc. These and SSD with additional sockets on my motherboard in case I want to expand and/or go with a raid config. My machine is using 1 of 4 SSD sockets. It's been a while since I read up on it, but I believe there are two types of SS Drives and if I remember correctly, I got the quicker one. It took time and a lot of time with much perseverance to find what I would be happy with for the money I was willing to spend. Pre-built machines never have everything ya want. Each time I read about one, there was always one element missing. I originally bought a titan. Giant high def screen, raid config with the fast SSD and Memory cards, thunderbolt, DVD player and a few other hard to get features. It didn't take long to realize why it was on sale with a rebate. Answer:	It only includes the drive. You have to make sure you have a SATA cable available. You also need screws, but it depends on your PC. Many new PC's do not use screws anymore. Instead they you reataining clips and brackets.On the otherhand, if you are replacing a bad drive, then you can just swap this one in its place.

Answer:	No, It is compatible with Windows 7. It is only a hard drive, it should work with any OS.

Answer:	An 8 year old computer could present challenges. If you haven't upgraded your BIOS you will need too. Your computer may see the full 500, then again maybe not. You could also come up against the fact that older computer can see the drive, but only use the first 120 GB of the drive. You write 121 GB to the disk and the computer will no longer boot or function. You have to partition the drive into 4 partitions or more, none over 115 GB to be on the safe side. To get speed out of the drive you should create your boot partition to 60 GB and only keep OS files on it and redirect your documents music, pic, and videos to other partitions. Many people think getting a large drive improves the speed, but when you format it as one large drive it just means the heads have to seek further (more head movement) slowing you down.
