Question:	I just got these to be used with a ps4. for some reason the sound still plays on the tv even with the headphones plugged into the controller. help
Answer:	The cord is approx. 6 feet long.
Question:	Is it battery powered
Answer:	I used this to replace (bypass) a failing switch on an old Zoeller pump. the failing switch was getting stuck in the ON position (wouldn't shut off after the water was all pumped out of the sump well). rather then try to open up the old pump and replace the actual switch I set that faulty switch to stay on all the time and used this switch to activate the pump (on/off) at the power source (the plug in the wall outlet). works perfectly and only took me 5 minutes to set it all up.
Question:	Do you actually need an adapter for the headset, or is it just preferred to be used with it
Answer:	Assuming you make the proper connections, the switch should do fine on a 12 V battery pump. My battery pump has the same float switch and is rated for 10 Amps at 125V.
Question:	How do i set up with xbox one? Speakers work but mic does not
Answer:	The vertical switch that I bought is fully potted and could be inverted and used to shut a pump off when full.

Answer:	Not sure what you are powering through the switch, but it should work for a 12 Volt load as long as the amps are not to high. I don't see the max the switch is rated for, but it works on a 120 Volt 7.5 amp sump, so it should handle a good load at 12 volts.

Answer:	I think it is 5/16" ….A 1/4" threaded rod easily works as a float shaft rod to turn the switch on and off and not bind up in the hole.....

Is there any way to play the Japanese region version of this game in English

Answer:

I had spoken with the seller shortly after I had purchased the controller. In order for the unit to work correctly, there has to be a ground path connection between the sump and the ground of your home electrical wiring. Your test didn't simulate your sump pit. As the seller says, just add a ground wire to the water in the plastic bucket. The other end of the wire has to be attached to your house electrical ground.

Is this game for 2 players

Answer:

I used mine on a sewer sump that only had a 2" gap between the on and off. So mechanical float switches didn't work well for me since there is no way to fine tune the on and off levels. HC6000 works very reliably and you can use a zip tie to secure the probes exactly where you need it.I tried the single sensor controller too. The pump would stop once it starts sucking a bit of air, then all the waste in the pipes would go back to the tank raising the level just enough for the pump to go off again.

Question:	Do you need internet for this game
Answer:	I have not used it in that application but since I have used several of them in all kinds of different applications, I feel shure that it will be perfect for that type of application.
Question:	is this the full game, or just an add on
Answer:	In principle yes but this will depend on the amount of water you are looking to pump. Small as this pump is, it does put out quite a high volume of water - especially if it is not pumping the water up. I used this pump to drain my 8 ft deep pool which it managed to do quite well. However, the 8 ft depth reduced the amount of water the pump could push out. If you plan on installing the pump at a similar height as the water feature (within a couple of feet) the water pressure/volume will be much higher! Continuous use should be OK but the noise might be a bother - again depending on where and how the pump is placed.
Question:	Is this the USA version
Answer:	I would try to space the sensors further apart so that the pump cycles less frequently. Pumps can wear out if they are cycled too frequently. The company told me that they monitor the current, so that when it is close to zero (we are talking about ac), they will switch the relay to open thus trying odd the pump.
Question:	does this include the ability to play the normal minecraft game as well
Answer:	Our switches have been tested by a major pump manufacturer, where they installed 30 of our switches on a variety of pumps at their research facility, and ran all of them for 300K cycles without a single failure. Testing had to be discontinued at that time because they had other projects that required the test stands, but they did keep a few switches running and those reached a million cycles before starting to fail. Also, if the sensors are mounted in the manner we recommend for pits that have mineral content, or receive the discharge from a water softener, they will never require cleaning.

How to use it on PS4?

1. Please test it with your cell-phone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.

2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad

3. Then long press the PS4 button or enter the System Settings, there is a peripheral machines choose "Adjust Sound and Devices", "Output to the headphones", then change it to "All audio". Answer:	If you have a newer style of the Xbox one controller it has the head phone jack on it already. If you have the original or very first style of the Xbox one controller then yes you need the adapter. With the newer controller style you do not need it. Since we just bought the Xbox one this past Christmas it came with the new controllers and i did not need to purchase an adapter for this headset

Answer:	Should be able to plug into the bottom of the controller. If it doesn’t work, plug it in anyways. Then go to settings > devices > controllers and update it via usb cable to Xbox
