Answer:	I am 6 feet tall and average weight. I prefer to have it fit tight. I went with the Small/Medium and it fits fairly tight. If it is too big a quick cycle in the washing machine seems to help keep it tight.

Answer:	the 3XL will fit the circumference up to 29" if you are measuring 4" above the knee.

Answer:	No there is nothing but stitching on the ones I have.
Question:	For high school level of hitting, would you recommend this net? Do the baseballs stay in the net
Answer:	I do not have the data into answer your question. But conversion of millimeters in mercury as a measure of compression is not a useful measurement anyway. The knee sleeve I have provides snugness and warmth. I use it for support not as a brace. You should evaluate your knee issue to determine if you want the above or protection. Good luck.

Answer:	I don't know why they changed it, but it needs to be changed back! I can't keep mine from falling down, even though I measured and ordered as instructed.
Question:	Will this stop a golf ball
Answer:	Hi there...I have used it under my Fila athletic pants and I use it to support on the eliptical and especially for my leg weight training workouts. I have not tried it on pure running (I tend to avoid that sport...) but so far, it has stayed on for the entire duration of my workout. OH and I play raquetball with it on too. Sometimes if I forgot to take it off at the end of the workout, I'll be at home prepping my dinner and then watch a little TV and head to shower and bed and realized I forgot to take it off. For me, it's been that comfortable. I'm 64" 134 lbs. The medium fits better than the large for me.
