Answer:	They stretch A LOT. My daughter swims competitively so she uses them almost daily. She just sized out of the XS and her foot has grown to womens' size 7 1/2.

Using a smaller training fin provides added resistance without overloading the muscles joints, ligaments and tendons used in water exercise. Many fitness and competitive swimmers use long scuba/snorkel fins as a training aid. Answer:	The US sizes listed are men's, so for a 9 1/2 I would order 8.5-9.5 (43/44) and for a women's 8 I would order a 5.5-6.5 (39/40) I purchased the 10/11 for my husband who wears a 10 and he could wear his water sock under them.

Answer:	Unfortunately, I don't have a pair of these to measure, but I'm pretty sure the only other response which says 10.0" is incorrect. A US men's size 8 is a Euro 41 which equals about 10". I can see from the photo that the fin adds several inches beyond the length of the foot pocket, so I estimate that they're about 16-17" long. I'd like to know the actual total length, too, though. Maybe someone else who owns a pair can provide a more accurate measurement?

Answer:	Comes with "Certificate of Authenticity", and registration is with something called a FB messenger app scan code (don't know). Warranty information from Protiga (manufacturer) is through that picture code. The Fins are very comfortable for pool laps. I do put the "fin pads" in the fins when not in use so that shape remains stable. The sizes run large so I re-ordered a Med (7-8 on fin) for my size 8.5-9.0 foot. Thank you.

The larger the paddle, the harder it is to pull through the water, therein giving your arms a harder workout. I bought the medium size, but I'm getting stronger, so I now need the larger size to increase my strength even more. All these paddles are designed to fit any hand size, male, female, doesn't matter. Choose the size based on how strong you are.

Answer:	You should purchase your flippers one size larger than your regular shoe size. If you wear 12 -12.5 then your flipper should be 13.5 to 14 to fit. It depends on how wide your feet are. If not so wide then a size 13 to 13.5 would work. I have wide feet which is why I suggested 13.5 to 14.
