Answer:	Hello, to be honest these aren't good at all. Maybe for someone who is not really training in nunchucks, or a young kid. My son who is training needed a pair so I thought that these were great beginner one's for him but not so much. The caps popped off themselves using them daily and they just weren't heavy enough. I would say look around for better one's if your planning to train with them. Hope this helps!
