Answer:	depends on how big your legs are. Im 5'6 with an athletic build and pretty shaped legs and regular fit me pretty well. It gets tighter the more you sweat during training (removing them is harder than putting them on). So if you're legs are bigger than average, id recommend a bigger than average size? hope this helps.

However, the best and most effective way to determine which size would be most appropriate would be using measurements for these shinguards. Our size medium is recommended for someone with a height of between 5'8-5'10 with the calf circumference measurements of between 14"-15.5" and a shin length of between 12"-13". Answer:	I wear a size 12 shoe and I got the L/XL. Shoe size doesn't really matter tho. It depends on the size of your calves. They do fit snug but they are suppose to. I'm 5'10 191lbs. If your around my size I'd get the L/XL. Also yes everything pictured is there it's all one piece.
Question:	Is the neoprene hard to get on and off when legs are sweaty
Answer:	I use mine at least 3 times a week and I've worked out how to take them off when sweaty - you simply "roll" them off like taking off a normal sock. Once removed they will be inside out and then you just obviously turn them the right way round. Another tip, when you wear them, put an oversize neoprene ankle guard over the foot part of the ankle guard, this protects the part of the and kale guard under your foot and the stitching there as it does not make contact with the floor.
