Answer:	There are two candles and two of the insect repellents. When you change the candle you change repellent. They last for about 6 hours. Works great!
Question:	How many strands can you connect together
Answer:	Each refill contains one candle and one insert for the top that contains the repellent. I tried getting by with using a tea candle and extending the life of the repellent insert but it doesn't work very well. The candle and repellent insert lasts for at least 6 hours and they go hand in hand. I think every refill that I have purchased comes in a pair - 2 candles and 2 inserts. These are the most effective mosquito deterrents that I have ever purchased. Use them in all setting in MN and FL and they are amazing. Might take up to 4 at a time if you have a larger area.
Question:	Are these 12V or can they be connected to 12V easily? (besides using an inverter box
Answer:	Refills are available, I ordered a box of refills with my lamp (they also have refills at Walmart, and I'm sure everywhere the lamps are sold

Answer:	The chemicals are in the top of the diffuser separate from the candle. The candle is just a basic candle. The heat from the candle rises into the repellant pad which then releases chemicals.

Answer:	Great question! Most of our OFF!® products do not expire – including this one. As long as it was stored in a manner that is consistent with the label, you can continue to use this with confidence. If it shows signs of wear, it is best to replace it.

Answer:	We have a 1.0 ID line (that is about 1.25OD) and it works great. If you are saying you have 1.25"ID line, I would call the company and ask before purchasing it. Our device does come with 2 adaptors, allowing for 3/4, 1" and 1.25". So you are fine purchasing the .75-1.25".

Answer:	Yes it is. I purchased the B1381 in Dec 2019 and it has the security shield symbol on the cover ( it is a shield with half light and half dark divided diagonally). It also has two lock connectors on the unit next to the up and down adjustment buttons close to where you connect the wires for the sensors and control panel and the WiFi learn button. Since it has two lock connectors if you want you can connect two of these locks, one on each side of your door.

Answer:	My husband got some for his military training one or 2 years ago, we just used the last of them a couple months ago and they still worked fantastically!
Question:	I realize LED lamps have an extended life span, but are these LED lamps replaceable on an individual basis

Answer:	Yes, one per pouch. Will cover your entire body neck to ankles but wipe fast, it evaporates. Or you can split one wipe for two people if only doing exposed arms and neck.

To know if yours is compatible the two requirements are for it to have the shield symbol on the cover and for there to be two lock connectors on the unit next to the up and down adjustment buttons. I have the Chamberlain B1381 and it is compatible.

Answer:	i'm not sure what the backing is made of. it is artificial. i had put it in newly laid down hardwood floors. after a week, i could see some pressure marks transferred to the floor. i didn't want to ruin my new floors, so i ripped out the backing and turned the rug upside down. it was slightly sticky but its all good now. it is a beautiful rug. i've only had it a few months in a house that is on the ocean, so we'll see how it wears.

Answer:	I just received the NuLoom rug & haven't put it down yet, but I've had another seagrass rug from another internet vender for 5+ years in my living room over carpet (high traffic area); I have 2 large dogs....a Lab & an Aussie Shepard....and the rug has held up very well ( vacuums nicely, does not break); finally some minor "dog" breakage (nothing like the jute rug I mistakenly bought before--It lasted about 4 months & cost a lot more) , and the cotton backing & binding are shot & it does have some recent stains; I saw this one on Amazon & I read several reviews regarding the NuLoom product on another web site; btwn the reviews, the price & the fact that this rug has a rubber backing instead if cotton, I decided to go w/ this brand---and I like the binding color much better than what was offered on the other brand---the beige is closer to Khaki which is a better color for my carpet/decor. It does smell like grass (not unpleasant), but so did the 1st one, the smell dissipated in a week or so. hope this helps....mbn

Answer:	Yes you can. The Audacity software allows you save the tracks as mp3 files. You can copy the mp3 files to a cd, dvd, external USB hard drive etc. You can also use iTunes (or other applications) to burn a music cd that can be played on any cd player.

Answer:	Yes. This was very simple to use. If you already use Audacity (free recording software) that will be helpful, but not necessary, they send instructions on how to do that. I recorded cassette tapes that I’ve had for over 30 years!

Answer:	Probably, if Quicktime can record from a USB audio source. But then you won't have all the great features of Audacity like noise removal.
