Answer:	Everything comes with the trailer that you need to connect it to your bike. It is very easy to install, I think it took me 5 minutes. If the bike does happen to fall over, the trailer will stay upright. We have gone on May rides with this trailer, it is very easy to pull and comfortable for my little ones!

Answer:	I can't address this directly since I;ve got 700x35 tires -- but I got the "hybrid" CLUG which is rated for 33-42mm tires so I'm also at the lower end of the range. There's a no wobble, as the thing expands to accept the tire and then closes around it. But there's a bit of slop in how the rest of the bike sits on the ground. I've had it for more than six months now and have never had a problem mounting the bike.

Answer:	The instructions say not to use it in drywall... only wooden stud, brick, or concrete. There's not much force on it when the bike is hanging there, but if you have thick tires, it seems like it puts a lot of force on the screws when pulling the bike out of the clip.

Answer:	I do not recall which size drill bit I used be cause I simply used a bit smaller in diameter than the screw. This method was sufficient for me to screw it into a wall. The main concern is what kind of wall or surface you plan to screw into.

Answer:	I have a GMC Denali pick up and I pull a 32 ft trailer and can easily load and unload my bikes to the 250 tilt away. Because of the hitch you need help to negotiate it but it can be done.

Answer:	Mine might not be the same model, but it came with an adapter to increase the size of the bar to 2" square, and a bolt that tightens the bar against the inside of the receiver hitch. Are you using both of those parts?

Answer:	David, the "lock" option is a hole on the Bolt Pin which screws thru the 2" recievers hole. You can put a smallish padlock thru it. Minor security but works ok. There is also a 'loop' part on the hitch frame for a small - medium cable lock to go thru, to secure bike to rack. Yes there is an 'aluminum spacer / adaptor that makes the 1 1/4" frame larger for larger receiver. I like this rack a lot. It can be a bit light for two heavy mountain bikes. I put an MTB & my FAT Bike (40# + 30#) and it was a bit much. Just keep it under than & its great. Very affordable platform rack works slick & fits Roadbike to FAT 26 x 4.00 tires that's why I got it. Waay cheaper than $700 Saris or Thule racks & less bulky than Hollywood plain steel racks. Whatever way works best for your vehicle is the correct way to install the rack. Just be certain to install it tightly, i.e., tighten the straps very well, and drive over bumps in the road carefully to reduce bouncing. Bouncing causes loosening of the straps and greatly undesirable jostling of your bikes.

Question:	Where was it made
Answer:	That depends on if your BMW X3 has a standard 2” receiver. As I recall from the short time I owned one of these, I think it came with an adapter for 1” up to 2”. But to be honest, the straps that held the bike into place sucked so badly that I only used it twice. I can’t recall if I threw mine out or if it is gathering rust somewhere, if I could find mine, you could have it for free! I ended up buying Swagman Hitch that holds two bikes and offers three points of contact. Please note, I am not selling anything, just telling you what I bought and mounted to my Chrysler 300. This hitch was terrible, at least for me.
Question:	One of the straps on my rack got torn. What do I need to buy to replace it
Answer:	I’m not sure. But I will say, this rack is junk. I used mine twice, hated it, almost lost my bikes off of it, and the rack quickly found it’s way to the trash. I ended up buying a Swagman rack that has three points of contact on the bike, each tire is cradled and strapped in, and a padded locking hook is placed over the center of the bike. That rack I believe would lean forward enough for your 98 Suburban.

Answer:	As others have mentioned - it WILL NOT wobble IF you use the wobble bolt that came with it and tighten it all the way. No Wobble. BUt I still am concerned and have a question: The wobble bolt nut has a nylon thread to keep it from coming loose. But nylon threaded nuts are not designed to take on and off. The nylon loses its bite. Well, I need to take it on and off often. What is the recommendation from Allen?

Question:	Is there an adapter or an actual light that can fit on the back of this rack
Answer:	No. I just tighten mine with a wrench I carry with me. No need to kill it or be precise. They lost a torque to cover their butt to keep you from torquing it down with a snap on air impact.

Answer:	It come with a 2 inch adapter, so it should work just fine. My hitch is also on the frame of my car. IM using it on a 2011 scion tc
Question:	Those odd shaped things on the joint for the height adjust clip, do they serve a purpose
Answer:	Not sure the issue Josh was having, but I did put in a small padlock. In fact I recommend locking both the hooks as well as the wheel loops, as there's nothing to prevent a passerby from removing either/both in seconds. I also wouldn't recommend using just that hook lock for 100% theft protection. There is enough play in the entire mechanism where someone could likely move the bikes out. Use better protection and lock the bikes to the rack itself.

Answer:	I use this product on my 2007 rav4. The spare tire clears both bikes. Its tight but you dont need the extension. Also that extension will make the whole thing wobbly
