Depending on how vigorously you strike the bar you may find, like most people, that water provide sufficient ballast. If, after you use the set, you find you need more weight you can change the water out and replace it with sand. For the most weight, you can also use a combination of sand and water. Mixing both will give you the heaviest and most effective ballast.

Answer:	Well their are different sizes men’s, woman’s and kids gloves. Just need to be specific when ordering.

Answer:	If you don’t have two holes already in your bow riser you can buy a pair (2) Riser Inserts. They come w/2 sets of screws that fit the inserts. They’re available at Kustom King Archery or 3Rivers Archery & are inexpensive, come w/easy to follow instructions. I have 2 of these in my Longbows.

Answer:	Any length arrow will fit . I've used mine for arrows ranging from 28-34 inches
