I wish I would have included a "Master off" switch for the fan as sometimes it runs when I don't want it to even though I have the humidity sensor set to the maximum. |

| Answer: | The fan itself is already very quiet, you can put a dimmer on but when you turn the dimmer on low the fan motor will actually be louder due to the motor vibration from the lower amps which will make the fan not last as long. This device was manufactured DEFECTIVE for all people with floor joists built to usual standards. HOWEVER, if you have a floor supported by trusses, your on center measurement MAY be larger than 14-1/2".The measurements I have given you I took off of a unit I have sitting in my basement, this is not some theoretical BS or speculation. |

| Answer: | To access the old switch, from the outside of the unit I disassembled the heater. Going slowly, removinf fasteners as it became apparent they were next to be removed. Caution, - be sure you turn off the electrical supply for the heater prior to beginninh as 12 volt dc will make quite a shower of sparks if a hot positive wire touches anything grounded to the chassis. Sorry I cannot give you a step by step account- my replacement was a couple of years ago with no problems since. |

| Answer: | I'm going to tempt fate and say that I have one in my Motor home that is ten years old with no problems to date. ( I think I just heard a funny noise from my water heater!) What I do know is that these boards are very susceptible to voltage surges and extended high voltage. You may want to install a voltage surge protector on your shore power line or a voltage regulator on your 12 volt supply. As well loose grounds and power leads can cause voltage problems. Hope this helps. |

| Answer: | Confused....are you ordering a 91365 board...elect/gas board for a Atwood water heater. The 65 board could be replacing the 05 board. Generally will work in a Atwood or Suburban water heater. It works on the newer 10E water heater. This board 91365 controls the electric/gas propane activation units that turn your water heater on. If, you have a older camping unit you may have add a newer switch coupled with your existing switch. Board is very easy to install a few screws and wire plugs. Do not have enough information on your water heater you are replacing.. |

Iam not a salesmen for any brand but I have replaced many rv water heaters for friends...But I now use a Dinosaur boards; UIB64 for atwood gas/electric 6 gal units. These boards are usa made...better product, warranty and easy to install with different pin hook ups...just a suggestion but I buy usa products. Plus, a major plus...the tekkeess at atwood are not the best compared to dinosaur...better value for a 117.89 |
