Answer:	They are fine picking up small items. Little less feeling but can still handle stuff.

Answer:	I used to wear them for that purpose for short trips. They’re not very warm and like others said, they let air in. But, they will keep your hands much warmer than with nothing on. I rode my motorcycle with these a few times for about 30 miles at about 40 degrees F and while it wasn’t the most enjoyable experience, my hands survived.

Answer:	You can, but I'd suggest shooting a Steyr or Springfield instead lol. But seriously, for others reading these comments, it shouldn't be an issue. I've shot a Steyr S40, Springfield XDm, Glock 19, S&W M&P compact, and even my POS Ruger LCP with these gloves. If you're using a proper grip, such as the aggressive thumbs-forward grip, you shouldn't have any issues.

Answer:	if it's any help I bought 3 pairs of thee types of pants form amazon and only these fit true to size, I know the 40w-31L fit like they were supposed to and I would assume the others would too these have some stretch to them and elastic waist so there is some wiggle room

Answer:	These gloves provide light cushioning that is helpful when you are gripping weights and pull up bars, and when doing push-ups on push up stands. I cannot speak to how they would work for push-ups on a flat surface but I imagine it would be helpful. If you’re having pain in your wrists, then using padded push-up handles may be a better option.

Question:	Will these fit inside of a adult baseball glove to cushion baseball throw
Answer:	They fit comfortable in a pair of boxing gloves so I would imagine they would fit in a baseball glove. However there is no padding on the open hand portion of gloves. The padding is on the outside providing cushion for knuckles. Unless of course you plan to wear them on opposite hands with padding in the open hand position.

Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves
Question:	Would these work for kettlebells? Are they thick and bulky? I need a glove that won't interfere with gripping the bell handle
Answer:	Gloves are not bulky. They have good grip. Should work well foe kettlebells.
Question:	Are these good to use with resistance bands
Answer:	Yes, they can be used with resistance bands. On some occasions I use resistance bands with these gloves, especially if I'm lifting heavy weight.

Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.

Question:	are these good for mitt work
Answer:	No these are not meant for mitt work, these are for the punchers, to serve the punches, not for the trainers, to receive the punches. these are for the trainees, not the trainers.
Question:	How hard to put on and take off
Answer:	No not really, they fit snug tho with two Velcro straps. One small one on top of the back of your hand/wrist the other is a wrap around your wrist area. You want them tight bc if not the sliding around inside when you’re punching would be bad.
Question:	Are these gloves designed for a speed bag
Answer:	I bought them to hit a heavy bag and turns out they’re really not padded enough for any extended hitting. However, they might work just right for a speed bag. We don’t have a speed bag at our gym.
Question:	How much padding does the gloves have
Answer:	I use them for weighted bag at the gym and have no problems. So the padding is good and sufficient in my opinion. padding thickness is about as thick as two quarters stacked.
