• The ball reportedly lost air fast, so we made an even better quality ball that keeps its air

Answer:	No it's not. I thought it was, too. But look at the very top, flat part of the pump handle (the part you would hold if you were pumping something up). There is a little round tab that you pull open. Mine had a little yellow sticker over top the tab. Remove the sticker and pull the tab up. The needle is stored in the pump's handle to prevent loss or damage during shipping.

Question:	I read the reviews and some said it’s a hard ball. So how hard is it and is it worth paying the extra to have it glow
Answer:	As long as it is a pressurized can that will thread into the pocket rocket. I use Primus Power Gas 4-season mix from Walmart at about $5 a can, don't have any problem with it. Hope that helps.

Answer:	The flammable pressurized gas in these canisters means they are subject to Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) shipping regulations and costs. You are better off buying fuel from a local retailer where the prices generally adhere to MSR's suggested $4.95 for a 4 oz canister, $5.95 for an 8 oz canister, and $9.95 for a 16 oz canister. It's not Amazon's fault or even the fault of UPS, Fedex, or the post office. This stuff is dangerous to ship.
