If a bowler has a very slow ball speed this could work on oily conditions by adjusting the cover stock. However, there are balls in the Brunswick and DV8 lines that are better suited to the oilier lane conditions...

Answer:	The medium fits me pretty well; I'm 5'4 and weigh 170 with a 34" waist. The medium will probably be too small for you. I wear the vest around the house in the winter, out when it's cool and as a layer under a parka when it's cold. It's snug but not tight over a shirt or t-shirt.
