Answer:	Fortunately' my husband's jacket had no chemical smell that a simple washing with detergent could not remove. In as much as you have tried baking soda and vinegar soaks without success, try this method: Castile soap works very well for removing chemical odors . Add two tablespoons of a liquid castile soap to warm water in a bucket. Mix well before adding jacket. Use enough water to completely cover the jacket. Agitate the jacket for a minute or two and let soak for at least 30 mins. Thereafter agitate again, gently wring out excess water and rinse with cool water. Place in dryer with dryer sheet for about 5 minutes and remove. Hang to let any dampness air dry. Hopefully this will work.

Answer:	I got it to work with an 11' iPad. You just need to position the velcro and flip part of the closing side up to attach the velcro holder for the it. A couple of turns caused it to slide out but I'm sure if you put a rubber band or something on the bottom of the holder it would perhaps not slide on turns so much. Also, used my iPad in the case. Answer:	I don’t know what people mean by “a lot” of assembly. You slide in the back axle, attach the back wheels with a pin. Then 8 very easy screws for the front axle attachment and pop on those wheels. Turn it over, put in the seat with 2 screws and pop in a bunch of accessories. If you can follow the directions on the book, the 14 screws, 6 washers and 4 pins take about an hour and a half from opening box to being cleaned up.
