Answer:	I didn't measure it but approximately 12" x 10" x 3" thick. Small box really for such a big float. It's folded up very compact.

Answer:	I typically wear an 8 1/2, so boot at size 9 felt a bit roomy. But with winter, it was fine. Could definitely wear thick socks if needed. If they don't have half sizes, suggest you order an 11.
