Answer:	I believe it's about 6 pounds. The pegs that come with it are most of the weight. I replaced mine with aluminium pegs. Made a big difference. It's a great tent very happy with it. Very roomy. Hope this helps

Answer:	After you put the rods through the loops, at the bottom of the tent there are black anchor tabs ,put the rod in the indentation then pound the stake in .once your finished you might have to adjust your stakes to make everything's tight.
