How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

When I contacted amazon they told me the seller was closed for a week but assured me that if I bought another one the return would go through. After months of not returning the money and having the laser they returned it after threatening legal action. So now I have two working lasers but I only need one. Answer:	Add. Info. to my 12-28-17 answer: I have found a little trick to get them inserted in the correct orientation. The Negative side (smaller rounded button) has to be facing DOWN and the Positive side (flat top with markings) has to be facing UP. My little trick is to install the first and second battery in a reverse orientation, then when they fall into the compartment void, 90% of the time they will flip over and seat in the correct orientation I mentioned above. The last battery, just drop in with correct orientation and now you're ready to re-secure the screw cap!!

Question:	Will this fit a taurus
Answer:	I was trying to decide between red or green on an EO-Tech reflex sight for my ar10. What I found out is as we age and our eye sight worsens, especially with astigmatism, the red is easier to see. I have a Vore-Tex red/ green dot on an ar15 and just a couple years ago I always ran it on green. Now at 45 unless I turn the brightness up fairly high the red is easier for me to see.

How to use the bore sight?

1.Unscrew the back cap from the bore sight by turning counter clockwise

2.Stand the bore sight on a flat surface with the laser side pointing down

3.Insert batteries (+ side up) inside the rear opening

4.Carefully push down and turn the screw cap clockwise to tighten the cap (the laser is now on)

5.Place in your rifle’s chamber and close the bolt

6.To remove - open the bolt if it does not automatically extract, manually remove the unit by tilting the rifle’s barrel upward (always practicing safe firearm practices)

7.Unscrew the back and remove the batteries to turn the unit off

Answer:	I’ve had mine over 90 days and it’s still on factory charge. It seems to have a very long stand-by battery life. I check the laser and light every night I install it on Gustav the Glock.
Question:	Can you practice trigger pull without damaging the laser sight
Answer:	I have a Springfield XDM 3.8 9mm. The Firefly WILL Fit the Grooves, under the barrel. If your gun has the Grooves, in the Picture of the Firefly, it will Fit!!!. There is an attaching piece, that slides along the slot (along the side of the Grooves) that tightens with a pin. There is Plenty of room, under the front of the Barrel. You can make it work, I did. How to use it?

A. Assemble the battery into the bore sight.

B. Select the proper adapter that fits in the barrel of your firearm.

C. Assemble the adapter on the small end of the laser bore sight, then screw the adapter tight to maker bore sight is inserted in until it is sung with the crown of your firearm.
