Answer:	Yes, of course. Drag your hands. You can't turn on a dime at speed but you can definately turn enough to hit or avoid jumps, other sleds etc. Done it for years. Even my 5 year old is getting the hang of steering.

Answer:	not really, it's good for kids.
Question:	how do I repair a tear in the bottom
Answer:	If the repair area were no more than a few inches in length, i would try applying a piece of Gorilla brand duct tape over the tear, as long as the surface is clean and dry. This is a very high quality tape, with outstanding adhesive properties and great durability. The color of this tape is also similar to the color of the bottom of the sled. As long as you avoid rocks or patches of exposed pavement, the repair should last a while. However, i wouldn't consider this a permanent fix. You may have to occasionally replace the tape, but this shouldn't affect the performance of this product.

Answer:	Going to assume the tope is appropriately set-up / attached, but then somehow falls apart during shipping. Just wrote company that they should include how to perform attachment in instructions, but yes, this sled had a very simple retractable rope system. I'd say see photos, but my review is pending approval for posting so hopefully soon. Just have to tie the ends as shown so they don't untie and then loop the rubberband-like string around the little attachment for it underneath the very back of the sled. Once done, the towing rope retracts once let go.

Question:	would this sled be durable enough to pull a kid or 2 by a atv on snow
Answer:	We pull two of these sled behind a snowmobile. They fit kids and adults. We've had them for about seven years and after lots of use, they are starting to have some splits on the bottom. It doesnt really affect the performance when being pulled. Initially, the sleds are very slippery which makes for great downhill sledding. That wears down over the years. Still good sleds though.

Answer:	Should work on sand...not sure about parking lot...would likely wear it out quickly....
