Answer:	Adults can use this for lake or pond fishing. It’s not for ocean fishing for big fish.

Answer:	The rod is 5'6" long. A 4 year old could use it but would probably need some help with casting.

Answer:	I haven’t had trouble with the line tangling but my son said it does pop off so you can fix it I really like the rod
