After cutting silicone weather stripping, you need to match the required length with the doors or windows surface, tear adhesive protective paper place to the appropriate clean location. When the room temperature is low, it would be better if you use electric hair drier to heat the sealing strip back adhesive.

Answer:	If there is only cold or hot (and no warm water or anything in between) coming out of the unit, it is most likely that the hose is connected in opposite. To troubleshoot, please kindly make sure that the red stripped hose is connected to the hot water pipe and the blue stripped hose to the cold water pipe. Previously, some other customers connected the hose incorrectly and similar issue would happen. Please try to exchange the hose to the pipe and it should fix the issue. Second, when you mount the shower panel, please also make sure that the water hose is not kinked or it will hinder the inflow of the water. Please try to un-mount the shower panel, place it on a chair, straighten the hose and see if there is cold water coming out of the unit.

Answer:	You can't have all three elements flowing water at the same time. You can have the shower head and jets flowing water at the same time, but there will be less water coming from each of the two sources than if you had only one source turned on. Ditto for the shower head and the wand. There is no way to have the jets and the wand flowing water at the same time.

Answer:	I will say there is definitely a chance. We actually had to order a second set of doors as the first set delivered to us did have a shattered glass door. We weren’t home when it was dropped off, so we didn’t discover it until we opened to install. We actually verified the doors were in tact after the second delivery and then carefully installed. We have had them in for a month and they are elegantly beautiful.
Question:	What cleaner do you use to clean the doors
Answer:	This door took 6 weeks to arrive and it arrived smashed in a 1000 pieces, reorder time was a month. We canceled and reordered through Lowe’s, got it in a week! Yes you have to install.
Question:	is the door reversable
Answer:	Unfortunately, the DreamLine Essence-H does not come in a 84" height. SHDR-636076H-04 is the model number for the 60" x 76" model. It is only available in two sizes. I hope this helps. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine.
