| Answer: | take the front of the reel where your string comes out. Turn counter-clockwise just a smidge and pull straight out following fishing line. From there cut off any type of Hardware you have on your fishing line and start pulling the string off of the spool. This will take awhile make sure you're near a trash can! After you get done and all string is off take knife stick into crevasse and cut the old line out you will see where it is tied in a knot. As before vice versa. Tie into a double knot and run through front housing, put the front housing back on push on turn clockwise just quarter inch 2 1/2 inch it will stop on its own. Take your finger embrace it with the pole and first wind make loose then add pressure as you're reeling you're lying in off of your new spool of lying that you have purchased occasionally taking the housing off to inspect how much line is in there that about sums it up I hope this helps you. very easy rod and reel 2 respool |
