I use this for all my jig set ups, rattle traps, spinner/ chatter bait ect 8.5.1 I’d use 50-65 lb braid for topwater frogs and for pitching and flipping into grass and pads. Also a heavier leader for clearer water but still to do the same technique17-20 pound fluro or 20 lb mono for a top water spook, popper or whopper plopper Any gear ratios 6.3..1 and under I use for cranking which then I sometimes use straight fluro 12-14 lb for 1/4- 3/8 oz square bills anything heavier use 15-17 lb fluro However this is all opinionated, every fisherman will tell you something different, however hopefully this helps. SUPER FREE SPOOL
SF was designed to eliminate friction on the spool shaft during the cast. With SF the pinion gear is supported by a ball bearing so that when the clutch is disengaged in preparation for a cast, the pinion gear and spool shaft are kept in perfect alignment.
