Answer:	21"-perfect size to carry in my kayak. I have had mine for several years now and holding up well. Have netted 30+ inch redfish with it, tail hanging over obviously, but still able to manage it. I drilled a hole in the handle end and put a parachute cord loop to keep it secure as things tend to fall out of kayaks from time-to-time. Was kind of hard to thread through but worked out quite well.

Question:	How deep is this net
Answer:	The net is 14" deep and is made of heavy rubber. This is not a light net, but resists getting tangled with treble hooks. Although 14" doesn't seem like a lot, we netted a 30" walleye during a Columbia River walleye tournament last weekend and it was more than big enough.
