Question:	how do you work it? I have never seen an end like that and the pin thing
Answer:	Hi Galen, It's easy! Providing your at an angle of about 45 degrees. Just drop the pick up end on the ball. The pin is what hold the ball in place. Be sure to twist the shaft according to the directions on the shaft to lock it in place, otherwise it"s tough to get the pick up over the ball. Good Luck.

Answer:	My i gotcha fell out of the cart and the plastic retrieving end broke. I went back to the golf store where I had purchased it and they said I could not purchase a new retrieving end.
