| Answer: | As mentioned, the speakers themselves are not powered wirelessly. They plug into standard wall sockets and there is no onboard power storage. That said, the AC adapter allows different plugs to be snapped into place so you can use foreign electrical outlets. Also, there is a power wire which runs about two feet between the speakers, so your speaker seperation will be limited by that much. The product pictures don't show any of these electrical wires, and they probably misled you into thinking they were mobile-ready. Read my review which discusses this problem. |

| Answer: | It is installed just like other ceiling fans in the ceiling, so no, the fan and light are not battery operated. It uses electricity. You would need to have the proper ceiling fan electric box installed in the ceiling so it provides the correct wiring for a ceiling fan. The remote control uses batteries to use the different settings for the light and fan. I'm not aware of any traditional ceiling fan being battery operated, that would take A LOT of batteries. We removed an older ceiling fan and replaced it with this enclosed one. It works great!! |

It will not rotate 360 degrees as the fan is connected to the motor via linkage. It's a great fan for a shop or garage. I use mine all the time to move heat out of our garage and keep a strong breeze going when I'm working. |

This kit (68131) doesn't have the extra parts to pair with the network. I have the other model which IS Wink enabled (#99432). Keep in mind it uses the Zigbee protocol, which means a very short range. I put an Iris dual network plug in my bedroom to extend the mesh network, and it runs perfectly. But this one WILL NOT WORK FOR SMART HOMES. |
