Answer:	There is nothing that goes inside the lid. The lid is flexible, not rigid.

Answer:	Please check the bottom of the organizer. The large divider is not removable. It simply detaches from the side and folds flat into the floor of the organizer. The small divider may be wedged underneath it. You should be able to feel along the bottom panel of the organizer and lift the middle divider up into place.

Answer:	Place the lid with the mesh over where the shoes go. The zipper on the lid should line up with the start of the zipper on the case but only if you bend the lid zipper over. When I first looked at it, I thought the lid zipper was installed incorrectly; it probably was but this worked.

Answer:	I have purchased one of these and I love it. I am not aware of different sizes but I can tell you that the size I have for roughly 39.95 serves the purpose well. I can fit 3 pair of shoes in lower compartment and a couple of dozen balls, tees, gloves, towels and a hat in the upper compartment. Depending on how you pack it, a nicely folded golf shirt would also fit if desired. I would not want it to be any larger because of the space it would require in my trunk, nor would any additional weight be good for maneuvering.... My two cents worth...

Answer:	Well I guess that depends on your interpretation. It is soft-sided, so it's flimsy in that it's not made to be rigid. However, the quality is good. I have another one that I've had for years and it's held up great. Of course, mine sits underneath my rear seats until I need something out of it so it's not like I'm using it daily or carrying it around. ( I bought another one to put "stuff" in under my other seat, so i liked it enough to buy a second one, but i will say that was partially because there aren't many in this particular size).
