Answer:	That's a great question as I've also experienced that the straps to NOT last as long as the lights. I am otherwise so pleased with these lights that I have given them to my biking friends as gifts, and I was pleased to see that this seller includes two sets of straps. However, I've been forced to use rubber bands on my own bike. I would also love to be able to purchase replacement straps.

Answer:	No, it comes with a charger for each of the two lights. This is a great product and well made. I had a tail light by another company and it was cheaply made and didn’t hold the charge. I’m much happier with the Asher product.

Answer:	Not seeing exactly what you're trying to do, my guess would be yes. One option is to mount them on the top rail on the frame that goes down on an angle to the rear axle area since they do pivot/rotate to meet that angle and aim at traffic, etc. behind you. The rubber snap loops to adjust to that size of tubing on the frame.
