Answer:	I don't think adding oil and water to this mix would be advisable. Oil and water don't mix, so the different weights of the fluids will separate and the heaviest of the fluids will be sprayed first. Even if you shake the bottle, you may not get even distribution (because the bottle isn't clear, you won't be able to see how quickly the fluids separate).

Answer:	I purchased this adjustable rack about 6months ago, and it gets the job done. The spotter arm can be adjusted as low as 2'06" off the floor, possible floor but that's what I have it set at right now.
Question:	What is the correct tool/size to make sure the bottom nuts are fully tightened as doing it by hand leaves a lot of space in between nut and bar
Answer:	I used two wrenches. One to hold and the other to tighten. They're called lock nuts, they have that blue rubber piece in them. You can tighten through them and will stay in place thereafter.

Answer:	I bought them to use for benching and incline benching and squaring not sure if that answers your question but the higher you raise them you need a plate weight on the legs of them little wobbly but mainly use it for bench work outs

My girlfriend is 5’3 and has to squat down under the bar to pick it up. I suppose if you don’t mind that, then sure. But it’s not safe. It’s very easy to miss the rack.
