Answer: | I am your age and have been working out with kettlebells for 3 years. I have many dvds and I like to mix them up. I do have this dvd, there is a beginner, intermediate and advanced level. I am only able to do the beginner drills, which is a series of swings for 15 minutes. The other drills were very difficult and exhausting. A great dvd to really learn from is either Lauren Brooks or Kettlebell Bombshell #1. Lots of great instruction. Hope this helps. |
