Question:	Can this be used to hold beechnut baby food 4 oz jars
Answer:	Yes and no. I have used it as "instant read" and most of the time it worked. I did run into a couple times however when after the first reading I had to turn it off then back on to get a reading. Don't know why. It will give a good reading almost immediately. If all your looking for is instant read a better option maybe something like the Oxo, or another, dedicated instant read. It cannot be put in the oven though, not made for that. I have and use both.
Question:	Can I add cans to the back or do they require loading from the front side
Answer:	Replacement probe with wire is free from OXO customer service either through their website OXO.com or 800-545-4411. Lots of people have had problems with the wire because it develops an internal conductor break which causes the display to read "Lo". In those cases with the unit turned on and the wire plugged in, slowly run the wire between your fingers, wiggling as you go, and get a temp reading. When the wire is in real bad shape once you release your fingers the 'Lo" message will return. I got a free replacement probe in May 2017 and that has failed after only about six uses. I think the thin conductor is susceptible to breaking when pinched in an oven door, in my case a toaster oven door.
Question:	How many 15oz cans can it hold at once? Rows of
Answer:	The metal portion of the probe is about 5 inches long. The cord is almost 48 inches long. The thermometer/display is almost 7 inches long - the probe slides into the thermometer/display and then the cord wraps around it (lengthwise, into a groove).
Question:	Does it store the 28 oz cans
Answer:	Mine measures about 4 feet, 2 inches (50 inches total) - cord only, not including the metal probe.

Question:	Is there any easy way of getting your gravity boots hooked onto bar when you are on your own? I don't feel I have the strength to get up
Answer:	I climb up the wall across from the bar, like Spider Man. Then, hook one boot onto the bar at a time. Bare feet have better traction than socks.
Question:	Can you buy just the bar
Answer:	I am not sure if Teeter sells the bar by itself. They do sell the gravity boots separately though. And if you just buy a standard pull up bar elsewhere, it will still work with the gravity boots and cost much less
Question:	Can you also do ab exercises with this, or is it generally for spine/neck decompression
Answer:	You CAN do ab exercises but I do mine on a decline bench. Everyone has their own taste/way of doing abs. I would say a 180 sit up would be for advanced builders. If you do use it for situps, do the situps FIRST before you allow yourself to decompress.
Question:	Does this product requre a door frame? I have an old house and they didn't add frame molding around the doors
Answer:	Ii could be attached to anything, within its parameters, that is secure. The door jamb is a secure place for sure, but as long as you screw (3 screws per side) into a secure source you should be fine. Just make sure you test it out before inverting.

Answer:	@ Ash, who is telling people to do ab work from an inversion table? Read the question again. They were asking if possible, not telling anyone to actually do that.

Answer:	Yes, you can fold this up for storage. Although it cannot be set completely flat. Hope this helps.
Question:	can you invert completely upside down
Answer:	I used to use mine fully inverted and didn't get any real relief. My Dr just prescribed daily to start and then weekly for L5 damage but said NEVER go past 45 degrees. My PT also told me in 2008 that decompression when upright did not work because your brain wouldn't let your muscles relax. So maybe check with a spine specialist even if you have a healthy spine.

Question:	can u move the lumbar massaging pad anywhere on the table like shoulders neck area .does it work anywhere on the table
Answer:	Yes I don't know how comfortable it would be or the effectiveness on you shoulder area?
Question:	What are the angles of the 4 positions? Can it go to 180 degrees
Answer:	First of all, I love my Innova, best one I've ever had. If you want one, you won't go wrong with this one! Now to answer your questioin, I went downstairs and checked the four positions. You understand that each of these position are just stop points that won't all you to invert more than that stop position. The first I'd say is a little more that 90 degrees, say about 100 or so. Then the second stop position is about 125, the third about 150 and the last allows you to invert all the way to 180 degrees, and that is when all the money falls out of your pockets. Also understand too that if you have the foot rest set at the right length for your height, that you can have the pin in the 180 degree stop point, and use your arms to control how far back you invert simply by moving your arms from your waist to over your head. Once you get the hang of it, it is really easy to slowly invert to any level just my moving your arms forward and backward. You can also grab the side rails and pull yourself back upright at anytime if you wish. Hope this helps. They say you only need to use this 3-5 minutes a day, but I've fallen asleep on it many times with the heat and vibration gonig on in my low back, boy does that feel great on my sore back. It does help the back also. You'll notice that once you come back up from inverting for a few minutes, you'll feel the back pain increase just for a moment or so and then it will be much better for the rest of the day. I don't really know why this is and don't know if everyone would experience this as I do. I just have to give myself a couple seconds once I come back up to kind of get myself back together again, it's no biggie thou and just wanted to share that. I keep my pin in the third hole which is an inversion to about 150 degrees, that is quite comfortable. Inverting to the 4th pin which is all the way upside down to 180 I feel puts too much pressure on your ankles in the foot sturips (sp) and too much pressure on my head with the blood all flowing into my head and sinuses.
Question:	is the lumbar pad run by batteries
Answer:	No it has an electrical cord that plugs into the wall. It is a pretty long cord and it can be disconnected near the pad if you want to hide the electrical cord until you want to use it.
Question:	is it uncomfortable on the ankles and feet
Answer:	I would have to say not really. I assume they will all feel the same since you're relying on those to hold you. These are nicely cushioned and of course you must wear sneakers so you're weight is going to put some pressure on your shoes and top of your feet, but I do not find it uncomfortable. It does not hurt your ankles at all. Plus this one has the nicest table with lumbar massager and head rest.

Question:	what is the max size ankle and calf do these fit
Answer:	As is the rack isn't good for small cans/jars but what I did for my smaller cans (condensed milk). I used my cabinet liner and lined the bottom of each rack and it worked just fine.
Question:	How do I know if I need these versus the standard Teeter boot? Unfortunately, I couldn't find such information on Amazon OR the Teeter web site
Answer:	I have my rack on a shelf with a shelf above so I need to front load. However, it isnt hard to remove two or three cans from a particular slot to place newer items in back and I often do this so Im using the oldest cans first.
Question:	what is the difference between this and the regular blue teeter gravity boots
Answer:	3 rows. If 15 oz are regular sized cans (laying in bed answering this! 😉) then 4 in each row. I can fit 3 of the huge cans of beans per row. So 36 standard sized cans all together. Hope this helps
Question:	Can it increase height
Answer:	It does not. You can maybe store the large cans on top but they don't fit the other shelves. In returning for exactly this reason.

Answer:	I found it to be very uncomfortable under the armpits and give chafing when wearing at home. The straps are adjustable but only for length. They will not adjust out of your pits.

Question:	My son wants to now if it is possible to do sit-ups while inverted on this machine
Answer:	Yes, easy... just set the height at a shorter setting and machine is stable enough to do situps. i.e. I am 6.1 but set them the height at 5.8. This way my center of gravity is shifted so I ca do situps without the board tilting

Answer:	This depends on your tolerance for the inversion. I have been told by a Dr that the most effective may to stretch the discs in your back is to invert to less than 180 degrees. 180 degrees leaves you hanging upside down. Blood pressure is a consideration and gradually inverting and returning to the up-right position slowly are also recommended. I've heard 5 min daily is good to 1/2 hour daily. My neck and mid back responded very well the first time i tried it. I have sciatica and when i use it, it helps the sciatica for a while depending on what I'm doing. 3 min upside down will relieve my sciatica for a few hours unless I'm cutting the grass or something else strenuous. Hope this helps. I feel each person will respond differently and urge taking things slowly at first to see what works best for you
Question:	How do these things help back pain
Answer:	It helped right away. I have reoccurring issues with sciatica down my legs. Usually a few visits to a chiropractor and exercises gets it back but this helped right away. After only five minutes of a few up and downs it took the majority of the pain away. It didn't heal it totally, I still needed to do stretches and stuff but it took the sharp pains away. I am 42, 6' and 185 lbs and a triathlete so I am in shape but just have back problems from prior work time to time and this allowed me to do something right away. I recommend it.
