Question:	How do I get a replacement for the battery under Flipbelt's one-year warranty? My lasted 1.5 hours when new and now 5 minutes after less than one year
Answer:	It sounds like yours was bad to begin with. Mine lasts several hours. Have you tried contacting FlipBelt's customer service? If you go to their website there is contact info for returns.
Question:	Would I be able to have this at the front of my flip belt as well as having my phone in one of the front compartments at the same time
Answer:	The belt is just a tube with multiple openings, there is only one compartment. The light goes in one of the openings making that one opening inaccessible. The rest are available like normal. I tend to push my phone to one side or to the back to help eliminate bounce, but you can slide your phone around wherever you like.
Question:	Is there a version of this with a red light? A red light is much easier on the eyes when hiking trails at night
Answer:	Not that I know of. I have a Duracell headlamp with a clip that you can put a belt. It has a red light. Otherwise you can try a red filter taped to the light.

Answer:	Yes. The FlipBelt Running Light uses an 18650 lithium-ion cell classified rechargeable battery which is slightly larger than a AA battery which provides superior capacity and discharge rates. Answer:	This was designed so that the cord (or earbuds in the case of a phone) just follows the fold. Super secure and yet makes it very easy to take things in and out of the pocket without having to fuss with a hole. There is also a side pocket next to the main pocket that an insulin pump can fit into.

Answer:	Yes, it absolutely will fit snug and not bounce around. Just pay attention to the sizing. These run small and while they do adjust there is not a great range in the sizes they fit. 22-30" is the recommended sizing.
Question:	Would my daughters iPhone 10 fit
Answer:	the pocket of the kids belt is the same size as the pocket of the Classic pocket belt. 7" x "3 and the smaller key pocket off to one side. The iPhone 10 is 5.65" x 2.79" x 0.30" So yes it will fit. The stretchy fabric folds completely over and will secure the phone.

Answer:	No it’s not defective. Mine is the same way making it unusable for me. I am going to gift it to my niece. Very nice product but very small. I ordered the adult size and it’s very big.

Answer:	Yes, mine tracked it... just like being in your pocket. Super comfortable and not bulky!!
Question:	If it is only 32 inches long from end to end, does it even expand to fit a 38 inch waist
Answer:	I ordered 2, they were not the same length. One was 34 in. The other 37 in. They will fit my needs, but be aware...there is no way will it fit on a 44in. waist as advertised.
Question:	Is this belt big enough to hold a US passport
Answer:	I'm not sure, but it fits my phone which is just over 5.5 inches long and about 3.75 inches high. Not much extra room in terms of height, but a little extra for length. I really like mine and it fits nicely under a loose fitting shirt.
Question:	Does the belt have a clasp that requires both the index finger and thumb to open and close it? Is the clasp so tight that it takes both hands to open
Answer:	It takes two hands to close, one hand to open. It is like a seat-belt clasp with a push button.
