| Answer: | I bought these for my grand daughter. She is tiny also - 17 lbs, 30 inches tall. The shoes are at her house right now. But, she is 14 months old and wears a size 4 baby shoe size and these fit her great. |

| Answer: | Absolutely suitable for any babies. They do run large but they are very comfortable for the baby! These are for babies that don't walk yet. |

| Answer: | My great grandson has been running around in them he has worn them out, he was walking in them everywhere at 12 months now 19 months but he wont part with them like a soft leather |
