I'd take a fabric tape measure and wrap it around your waist where you'd want to wear this fanny pack and see if it will fit you (up to 48" in size.) If not, check for fanny packs that have a longer strap. They're all adjustable. I have a plain one for my hubby that was at least 10 inches longer in strap length. Larger ones may not be "fancy prints" - good luck! :)
