Answer:	I make a make shify double boiler and melt the Shea butter and coconut oil. After melted I take off heat add essential oils then put in freezer or fridge so it can get to a point to where if you push down with your finger it gives a little. You don't want it to be completely hard. You want it just to the point to before it gets hard. After I take hand mixer and whip it. I put contents in glass jar and put in fridge over night. My home stay between 69 and 75 degrees so it doesn't melt.

Answer:	there are many sources out there saying WHITE is the real unrefined or that YELLOW is, the truth is that out there, there is both yellow and ivory(white) shea butter that are 100 percent raw/organic/unrefined (REAL) it just matters if it came from the east or west part of africa, i think its from the west it is yellow and from the east it is the whiter color, the reason for this is because of the nut that its came from differs in color depending on what part of africa. With that said you can still have a fake product that isnt 100 percent unrefined or truly real shea butter even if its the color you think it should be. Although I honestly believe this product is legit, and one of the few real ones on amazon.

Answer:	Mine arrived today totally liquified. The inner bag had leaked and a very small amount seeped through the outer packaging. It was nearly a hundred here so if you live in a hot climate, I'd wait to order it until cooler weather arrives. It hardened once I put the unopened bag in the refrigerator and I think it will work fine

Answer:	I use a wire whisk. I have a hand blender with a whisk attachment. I live is Florida so my coconut oil is practically liquid. And I put the shea butter outside in sun to soften so I can get it out of the bag, but not melted. , then add essential oils and I'm done

The history of shea butter as an invaluable cosmetic traces back to Ancient Egypt, where Queen Cleopatra always had pure, unrefined shea butter on hand. WHIPPED SHEA BUTTER

Place 1 cup of Shea Butter with 1/2 a cup of Almond Oil (or carrier oil of choice) and 1/2 a cup of Coconut Oil in a double boiler on low heat.

Once melted mix together with a spoon or spatula.

Place in the fridge until firm but not completely solid.

Add 20 drops of an essential oil of your choice and whip with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

Answer:	Shea butter does come in varying colors, but not in the same container. There's a pale yellow color, an ivory or off while color, & a bleach white color. I would avoid the bleach white color because it's processed. The yellow color & ivory color are due to what part of Africa they are made in & the different processes. But varying colors should never come in the same container.

Answer:	Idk, I do know it says 16oz on the label and I find that usually last me a month or so

Answer:	I don't know the grade but I read that the yellow shea butter has much more nutrients than the ivory. It has to do with the loss of nutrients during the refining process. I use this brand and think it's excellent.

Answer:	The refining process is how they remove impurities. The white shea butter is refined, so there are less impurities.. There are also no vitamins in it. The unrefined yellow shea butter is the one with nutrients. Use the white if you JUST want to moisturize or use in homemade makeup/lotion/skincare products, since it also has less scent. Use the yellow if you want the vitamin benefits. The smell is a bit like plastic, but it is fantastic stuff.

Answer:	I am not sure. This was my first experience with unrefined shea butter.

Answer:	It doesn't really come in a cube, more of an amorphous block. I usually go by mass using a food scale! It's a rough measure because not all shea butter is the same, but 1cup = 214 grams But as others have said, it is moldable and you can press it into a measuring cup as you might with butter or shortening.

Answer:	It's compressed, but really creamy - not rock solid/hard. You have to press firmly with your fingers to scoop it out, then it softens in your hands really quickly and onto your skin when you rub it in. I would never melt it, that would be very runny and messy. This brand of shea butter is very luxurious and I am extremely pleased!! I did a lot of research beforehand of different types, quality, texture, etc...and I'm so happy that I won't consider using another brand! It feels great on your skin, is the highest quality, and no trouble applying it. It is NOT a lotion or cream, it has a butter texture that is like hardened butter in your refrigerator (not the freezer!) and it melts into your skin right away. Hope all this helps!

Answer:	Yes, it help with my dry skin. I would recommend reapplying it after several hand washings just to retain the skins moisture.
