Answer:	I've done a lot of work on computer cases and other electronic boxes. The rivets are primarily used simply to hold lightweight (usually steel panels) together. I've generally used aluminum rivets because I'm always in a hurry. Yes, I know the old story that you shouldn't use aluminum rivets with steel and vice versa because the metals with have a reaction, usually that means outside and in big humidity and over long periods of time. So if you going to use your computer outside, in southern Florida, in the rain, over twenty years, then use steel rivets. If not, use these rivets - which are awesome!
Question:	what rivet size is most commonly used in PC cases
Answer:	The rivets are aluminum. The steel shanks are steel. They help squash the aluminum rivet head much tighter than if your shank was made of aluminum.
Question:	Not as described. I ordered one and retuned it because the rivets were not aluminum as stated. I ordered a 2nd one and again got non aluminum rivets

It is difficult to be certain because all seem to have steel shanks.Be advised that some/or all of the 3/16 diameter rivets are over size (perhaps metric) and a larger drill has to be used.In order to maintain a reasonably tight hole for the rivet, a number size drill should be used ie for example a #9 or 10.number size drills are not in the average homeowners tool kit.

Answer:	1 inch = 25.4 mm, so they are asking you to use screws that are 0.31 inch to 0.39 inch long, or about 1/3 inch. The screws that come with this package are that long, and the length is standard. So, Yes, the correct screws are included with this package.

Answer:	Maybe, looking at the owners manual for the tv, depending on the size of the tv it will take M4 or M8 screws which are both included in this product. However it doesn't say how long they should be and I am going to say this may vary depending on your tv mount. If you don't know how long you will need I think this kit is a good place to start. If you have a way of finding out the length I would search by that and the diameter you need.19 - 28 inches = M4 32-65 inches = M8

How to Use:

The rivet assembly is inserted into a hole drilled through the parts to be joined and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet.

This expands the blind end of the rivet and then the mandrel snaps off.

These types of blind rivets have non-locking mandrels and are sometimes avoided for critical structural joints because the mandrels may fall out, due to vibration or other reasons, leaving a hollow rivet that has a lower load-carrying capability than solid rivets.

The blind rivets are mainly used when access to the joint is only available from one side.
