Answer:	That is so weird. My battery lasts weeks, like I’ve only charged it twice since I got it (back in August). Maybe request a new charger, or make sure that yours is latching on correctly with the magnet. I have to have mine testing perfectly so it doesn’t unlatch. Good luck!

Answer:	I did not have to buy anything separately. It comes with all links attached and a tool to removed them to make the band smaller. Hope that helps!

Answer:	It came with some extra 1/2 links and I think at least 1 or 2 regular links. It is as easy as any other watch of this type. It did come with a tool to push into the small hole to release the pin that holds each set of links together. On a scale of 1-5 for difficulty it's prob a 2. Small parts but easy to do.

Answer:	I have successfully cut out round "portholes" (using a plate as a guide), made designs and trimmed off edges. A sharp #11 exacto knife it is best for rounded cuts. Cut after the film is adhered to the window. Use a larger size film than the window, apply it well, pushing in the corners before cutting. Make sure the blade is sharp with point intact and cut at an angle into the frame. It is better to take off too little than too much, you can always do another cut (or you end up with space between window and frame). Good luck!

How do you open the case?



Simply slide the black push-lock on the right side of the case away from you (in the direction of the arrow), and lift up the clear case cover to open. To securely close the case, slide the black push-lock back towards you.

Question:	can you use this for a cellphone
Answer:	I'm not sure of the type of screws used for this. But this set includes 6 screwdrivers. 3 which are slotted: 2.0mm, 2.4mm and 3.0mm. The other 3 Phillips: PH00, PH0 and PH1. I hope this helps you. It works with all the tiny screws from my child's toys.
Question:	what is the diameter of the shafts
Answer:	I think it depends on your camera's screw size, so I am not sure.
Question:	Will these work with HO Trains
Answer:	I am unable to say where these tips were made, however for the light work that I do. they will work. In fact I tried one of the Philips tips recently, and it held up well and did the job without any damage whatsoever to the tool.

Question:	Product dimentions say 9 x 5.3." Is that product or shipping dimentions? It doesn't look that big in the video
Answer:	You will basically get the same speed out of this drive whether using a Thunderbolt, USB-C or USB 3.0 connection. Thunderbolt does theoretically have a higher "top speed" than other connections, however the drive itself is the limiting factor here. There is a 2.5" spinning laptop drive inside, and it only moves data so fast regardless of connection. If you had a large multi-drive desktop RAID array connected via Thunderbolt, then you could get a really fast transfer rate because the drives can provide the data faster. If you have an older Mac with Thunderbolt or Thunderbolt 2, you can use those connections, otherwise the USB-C and USB 3.0 will work just as well (cables included for both).
Question:	does this do MPH
Answer:	I saw no residue when I peeled back a corner of mine, and it had been up for a few months. Re-attached easily too.
Question:	What battery does it take
Answer:	I used a credit card to et the bubbles out. An old towel helps with the water coming out when applying the film.
Question:	Can a lanyard be put on this product
Answer:	It comes with a tool to apply it to the glass. All you need is a spray bottle with water in it.
