Question:	What circumference wrist can it fit? i have huge wrists and watches never fit without an xxxl watchband
Answer:	I'm a big guy with big hands. I've had a few female friends wrap their hands around my wrist and they have only been able to get about 2/3 of the way around it. this watch fits me quite well. on the 4th to last hole i get a good bit of movement, on the 5th to last hole its probably about as tight as its supposed to be. i keep it on the 4th hole because i like the extra bit of room

Answer:	This does not have a squeeze top closure. The glasses just slide in. This item can accommodate one pair of oversized glasses (sunglasses) and one regular size. I have not had a problem with them slipping out.

Answer:	I am sorry to say I have not washed my glass case. I have not had it that long. However, if I felt I needed to wash it, I would not dry it in the dryer.

Question:	Can I use them in place of a pull up bar
Answer:	Depends on amount of weight you're pulling up. The bands, combined, only offer 80lbs of resistance. So, I guess if you weigh 160 or less, and usually do pull ups with both hands on the bar, then the resistance bands might be an alternative.
Question:	I’m plus size what size is this set
Answer:	Doesn’t matter if you are a plus size or a petite size. Ropes are rubber so they stretch. If you have never lifted weights this is a great set to begin a weight lifting regimen. Great for traveling!! Easy to pack and lightweight.
Question:	How long are the bands
Answer:	The bands are 42", total of 44" if you measure to the end of the hooks where you snap on the handles.
Question:	How does it hook to the door
Answer:	It is not a hook. It is a strap with a small ball on the inside of one end- this goes on the opposite side of the door you are on. The strap is held between the door and the door frame- with the door closed. The other side has a loop which is where you attach the bands.

Answer:	Generally, it works on floral carpet installed in modern apartments. A carpet that has a quality of a floor mat put at the door and which is heavier, can't accommodate these push up bars.

Answer:	Try this push up as the best overall workout for your body. THey're hard to get at first because there's a lot of stabilizing, but once you get them down you'll love it:Get in push up position and have an exercise ball down by your knees/ankles. Get your legs up on the ball. At first it'll be around your knees for stability but eventually as your core gets stronger you'll be able to move it down to your feet. Perform a pushup so that your body is horizontal to the ground. Now try lifting one of the handles up so your body weight is being supported by your feet on the ball and the hand holding the other pushup handle. Then bring the handle down and lower yourself into another pushup. On the next pushup do the same thing while lifting the other handle. I typically do about 10-15 normal pushups and then finish with another 15 or so of these plank pushups lifting one handle to strengthen back, abs, shoulder, and legs. It's easily one of the best overall body exercises you can do and you can adjust it to focus more on core or more on upper body (chest arms etc) by reducing the number of times you lift the arm and replace it with straight pushups.

This movement brings your elbows in towards your body and will will keep them from flaring out. When you push up again, the handles will turn back to running perpendicular to your body. I found this greatly helped reduce elbow strain and bad form.
