Answer:	Get a spray bottle and fill it up with half bottled water and the other half white distilled vinegar....shake it up, then spray it all over the mat. Let it sit for a few minutes then wipe with a damp rag/towel. Personally, I like to 'deep clean' my mat once a week by applying a little pressure while wiping with the rag/towel. It gets up all of the dirt and oils that may have come from your skin. This is the best yoga mat ever! You will not be disappointed.

Question:	How secure is your phone in the hidden pocket when you run (i have a iphone x
Answer:	The according to Manduka the pro series will not absorb any cleanser. It recommends 1:1 ratio of vinegar to water, which is what I use and works really well for me. I do not recommend using soap (even Dr. Bs) as you should probably rinse after. The manduka website states if you use a store bought cleaner you should thoroughly rinse after.

Answer:	That's a question for the manufacturer. I will say that I was happy with the mat until it began peeling black gunk a few months after purchase. Nasty.

Answer:	Around 5 pounds. It’s my first yoga mat for doing Hatha yoga and it’s not slippery which is one of the reasons I like this mat.
