Answer:	When I opened my packages, there was only one very thin protective cover that peels off separating the two halves. The shiny vinyl you see that's left on the covers does not come off. That is what makes the covers stick to the porcelain toilet seat. It is supposed to look like that and it may appear that it needs to be peeled off, but it doesn't. Only one very thin protective cover for each set is what you need to dispose of.

Question:	How big is the actual opening where you sit
Answer:	The actual size of the suction cup is 3 7/8 ". Mine has never fallen off the wall in the few years I have been using it. The suction clip at the bottom has unclicked before and scares the heck of me, but has never came off totally. I hope this helps!

Answer:	It might stick ok for awhileon the door, but I used the foot rest for a short while before it started to constantly fall. I could never get it to stay put after it came undone and ended up throwing it away.
Question:	You say that it has adjustable length (15.3-17.1). How is it adjustable
Answer:	I have it on smooth tile. What I find is that you can barely rest your foot on it, so you better be pretty steady on your other foot. If you apply to much weight on it, it will come off the wall and you could hurt yourself. This is obviously not as sturdy as a step would be. Its okay, but not thrilled with the purchase.
Question:	can you use bleach and comet on the underside to clean it
Answer:	No. This does not stick at all on the shower door or the walls of a fiberglass shower. It just starts sliding down as your using it. I threw it away since it costed more to return it than I paid for it.

Question:	i have had this fgor less than a year and the hinges have failed, the metal had stripped, can i get replacement hinges
Answer:	I have had mine for over a year and it has stayed in place. I wet the suction cup, placed it on the tile only (not the grout) pulled the suction lever which was tight and hard to do, but it forced the soap dish to adhere to the wall. I placed it out of the way so that we do not hit it or knock it down. If doing all that doesn't work for you, it may be possible you have an defective one because mine has worked well. Hope that helps.

Answer:	You don't "install this". It's a tool that is designed to tighten the nuts on the underside of the toilet. Worked well.

Answer:	Marie your new toilet seat should have two plastic threaded screws /bolts with two plastic nuts to secure your seat to the toilet. This tool includes a small screw driver and extended hand held nut wrench with rubber interliners which helps prevent your seat from moving and getting loose. Put the interliners in the holes on the top side of the toilet. The place the bolts through the seat and into the toilet bolt holes and secure. Hopes this helps answer your question.

Question:	Is the base of the seat also slow close as it is "molded wood", or only the lid
Answer:	We do not recommend molded wood seats with Bidet attachments. The attachment raise the seat adding pressure to the hinges and seat itself. It can cause the seat or hing to break. Question:	Is this a new model different from the Bemis 183EC? What is the difference between both

Question:	Has anyone used this to start potty training a boy? Or is it better as a next step after one with handles, splash guard, etc
Answer:	I think you may have a defective one. We have installed 5 of them over 2 years (with many guests) and have never had this happen. I'd return it for a replacement and see if that helps!
Question:	Does anyone know the difference between this Mayfair 183SLOW seat & the Beamis 1583SLOW NextStep Child/Adult Built-in Potty Seat
Answer:	There is a year warranty on the seat, maybe take it back to the place pf purchase

Round - 16.5" or 42cm.
